The NRSub (A Non-Redundant Database for Bacillus subtilis) database provides access to a non-redundant set of DNA sequences from Bacillus subtilis. All of the duplications from the general sequence collections have been removed and all detected overlapping sequences have been merged into contigs. Additional data is available on gene mapping and codon usage, as well as cross-references with EMBL, Swiss-Prot, and Enzyme collections.
